Upcycling Outfits

Upcycling is the process of taking old or discarded materials and turning them into something new and more valuable than the original. There are many ways to upcycle clothing, from cutting and sewing to darning and patching. You can also dye or paint old clothes to give them a new look.

It is one of the best ways to help reduce fabric waste and it is our aim to promote this technique and whoever is practising it so, if you are an upcycling Fashion Maker and want to get involved by selling your products with us, please get in touch!

We are also promoting Upcycling through workshops where you can bring your old clothes or use our sourced fabric materials to create new pieces. You can find us at Boom Festival on the 25th July, 3pm at Sacred Fire Workshops.

Here are a series of photos from our Trashion Tribe Collection, entirely made with plastic waste.

And below some of our upcycled casual outfits, made from t-shirts and dresses. All customized by Ds WAY and photographed by Fernando Matoso.
