🔁 Refund and Returns
Every doubt, complaint or refund request should be communicated to us via info@vestyashop.com no later than 14 days after receiving your order.
⚠️ Defective Items
Any misprinted, damaged or defective items should be reported with a description and photo.
We’ll arrange collection, replacement, and shipping at no extra cost to you.
📦 Devoluções
As we work with Print on Demand Services, our products are considered “personalised items”, and according to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not be provided.
If you wish to return an item, please do not wear or use it, keep it in original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase, and email us the reason for returning it, providing a picture of the item.
💳 Reembolsos
Once we receive your email, we’ll evaluate it and notify you of our decision.
If approved, you’ll be asked to send the item to the given address at your own expense.
Upon reception and confirmation that the item shows no signs of usage, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
📬 Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
🌱 Sustainable Returns
We’re working on sustainable solutions to reduce the impact of returns — both for the planet and for our small business.
Since returned items can’t go back to the factory, we are building a system to match unwanted items with other clients, so they can be sent directly, avoiding extra shipping and carbon emissions.

🏷️ Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
📍 Morada Incorrecta
If the address provided is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned.
You’ll be liable for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.
📦 Encomendas Não Reclamadas
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned.
You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
